From the first visit you will be confident in your recovery.
Concierge Physical Therapy
We come to you! Designed for those who are busy and can't make it to appointments across town. We will meet you at your home, office, or gym (as allowed). We can provide the therapy you need without the space and equipment of a traditional therapy clinic. This allows us to come to you and keep cost low. We feel this is a needed service in the Nashville area as traffic worsens and you become busier.
For those seeking to elevate your game, hit a new PR in the gym, or knock valuable seconds off of your race time, Elevate Physical Therapy has the tools for you. We provide biomechanical assessments to create individualized programs in order to improve the performance of athletes and weekend warriors alike.
Do you accept my insurance?
Elevate Physical Therapy, Inc. has decided not to have our practice restricted by insurance companies. Over the past several years, insurances have limited physical therapists’ ability to practice the best way they see fit by refusing or reducing reimbursement for certain services.
In a traditional physical therapy setting, you can expect to be seen multiple times per week regardless of the need for it. With this in mind and the fact that insurance copay’s can average $40 per visit (and being as high as $100) you can actually save money being seen by us. Elevate will save you money and time; as well as, eliminate hassle by coming to you.
Do I need a referral from my physician?
No, you do not need a referral to go to physical therapy in the state of Tennessee. If you physical therapist finds it is necessary, they might refer you to a physician. If you would like for Elevate to notify your physician we will. At a certain point in you care it might be necessary for you to see your physician per state regulations.
Do you see Medicare patients?
Not at this time. We hope to start accepting Medicare as soon as possible.
When should I start physical therapy?
As soon as possible. Research shows the sooner you see a physical therapist the greater the recovery, the quicker you get back to normal, and the more money you save.
